The LRT Line 2 West Extension Project will extend the railway’s services to the port area in Manila from its current Recto station.   The extension project is approximately 3 kilometers and it is now in stage of procurement.   The west extension project will give more convenience especially those who are working and living in the port area Manila. The project will also interconnect with the Philippine National Railway Line in Tutuban station which will be more accessible to riders going back and forth in Divisoria.
