Here is the context behind that specific timeline:

The Announcement: In March 2013, Multiply announced the completion of the photo archives from the 71st UAAP swimming championships (which took place in September 2008 at the Trace Aquatics Center). [1, 2]
The Shutdown: Shortly after this was put on hold, Multiply announced on April 26, 2013, that it would be ceasing all business operations. The site officially closed its main services on May 6, 2013, and completely wound down by May 31, 2013, due to financial difficulties and a failed transition from a social network to an e-commerce platform. [1, 2, 3]
Later Resumption: Reports indicate that after years of delays caused by the blog portal's closure, the downloading of these specific 71st UAAP swimming championship photo archives was eventually resumed on July 25, 2022. [1]
