Total Length: 18.10 km (Aguinaldo Hway at Silang to Mamplasan)
No. of Lanes: 4-lanes
Right-of-Way: 60 meters
Interchanges: 4 grade separated interchanges
Structures: 7,279 meter total length of bridges
Project Cost : P 35.58 Billion (US$ 827.44 Million)
Project Status : The project was approved by NEDA-ICC Joint TB and CC meeting last July 12, 2012. NEDA Board conditional approval last November 29, 2012 subject to cost reduction

- Provide vital access between various economic zones in Cavite Province and NAIA, Manila Ports, Batangas Port
- Decongest traffic along Cavite roads, particularly Aguinaldo Highway and Governor’s Drive.
