Philippines reverts to 14 regions when it abolishing CAR, NIR and ARMM, 9 new provinces and more congressional districts!

By December 13, 2016, it will close to 13 Regions, 81 provinces, 1,489 municipalities, 145 Cities and 42,029 barangays.
The country has now thirteen geographical regions and 120 primary local government units would reverted by the Rodrigo Duterte presidency:to retain the presidential system:
