The Philippines' largest network is now at our new home.

A group of stakeholders—led by ABS-CBN officials Mark Lopez and Carlo Katigbak—began efforts to revive the network. They secured approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission to increase capitalization and amend ABS-CBN's articles of incorporation and bylaws. Soon after, they received a permit to operate from the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC).

ABS-CBN completed the construction of its studio complex and transmitter tower in ABS-CBN Horizon IT Park, Tungkong Mangga, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, in 2027. Test broadcasts began at the end of 2027, featuring documentaries from Japan and reruns of primetime drama series on weekdays and shows on weekends. The network officially returned to the air as ABS-CBN, 3rd iteration. The flagship station adopted the call sign DZMM-TV, and the corporate name retained as ABS-CBN Corporation. The change reflects the new management of the revived network.
